Alan L. Tolmas, President of Tolmas Consulting, LLC, is a Certified Public Accountant, with 
the Accreditation in Business Valuation and Certified in Financial Forensics designations 
awarded by the AICPA. He also holds the Accredited Senior Appraiser designation awarded 
by the American Society of Appraisers and is the immediate past President of the Dallas Fort 
Worth Chapter of that Society. Mr. Tolmas provides services in valuation of businesses and 
business interests, asset tracing, investigative accounting, lost profits and economic 
damages, as well as expert witness testimony. He has been trained in the interdisciplinary 
collaborative law process.
